Mmmmm, Lemons!

For dinner tonight I made a chicken salad with lemon and olive oil dressing.  We cut up the lemon and made the dressing, and then realized we hadn't ever given Jackson lemon so we decided to give it a go.  We got the camera ready and gave him a slice, expecting some funny faces.  This is what we got:

He loved it!  He sucked on it, pulled the pulp out, and ate everything he could.  Arnold tried the lemon, thinking maybe it wasn't that sour, but it apparently was.  When Jackson finished that slice, he asked for another and finished that one.  So I guess we found another fruit he likes to eat!
